- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

Exchange Policy
At Vailara, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds.
However, we may accept exchanges in limited cases, subject to approval.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
Exchanges are available for a different size or item of equal value only, and are subject to product availability. Due to our limited production model, we cannot guarantee stock for replacements.
All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the request is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
